DEPSA - ECE WEEKLY NEWSLETTER

Tuesday, September 6, 2022 | Volume II                 Main Office Contact 313-877-9380

Welcome to ECE!

Scholars will have a full day of school this week. Please provide students with a healthy bagged lunch. The hot lunch program will begin on September 12, 2022.

In an effort to monitor student safety and improve traffic flow we need your help!

We are in need of parent volunteers as crossing guards and to support traffic flow. Please contact the main office for more details.

We are also asking parents to use the North entrance on Scott Street and use the circular drive to enter and exit. Please allow students to exit the vehicle closest to the curb so they are not walking through traffic. This is a drop-off zone. Please do not park in this area.

Students should exit the vehicle in a timely manner. Parents please slow down and be alert. Watch for children crossing the street. Be patient and courteous with the security team and be prepared to stop when asked. If we all work together we can improve the traffic flow and keep students safe.
