The Howard County Office of Children and Families is preparing to publish its annual PARENT’S GUIDE to Howard County, which contains local resources and information for parents of children birth through the teen years, with a dedicated section for child care programs. The Parent’s Guide allows you to reach a broad audience of families, sharing your services, at no cost to you!  If you want to be included in the 2025 Parent’s Guide, please provide information about your program. The 2025 Parent’s Guide will be distributed electronically and made available on our website at www.howardcountymd.gov/children.
