Soccer Parenting Association Webinar on Sports Performance and Soccer Players

On Wednesday, the Soccer Parenting Association hosted a webinar with Youth Soccer Strength and Conditioning Coach Erica Sutter. The session focused on the importance of Long-Term Athletic Development in Kids, how finding joy in working out and in fitness can improve performance on and off of the field, and how the role of a coach strengthens a positive learning culture.

General Information: On Tuesday, March 24 th at 7pm our partners at SportsRecruits will be hosting a free webinar on COVID-19 and how it will impact the college recruiting process. It is a great opportunity for parents to learn more about what changes NCAA has made and what student-athletes should be doing during this time to prepare themselves for the college game. If you are unable to attend the event will be recorded and we will be sending out the link to families once it is available.

Next week the Washington Spirit will be hosting a live chat with two of their players where your son or daughter any questions that they like about the upcoming season, what it's like to play professional soccer, and what it takes to make it in college soccer and beyond!
