An Advent of Hope
The past year has given us many reason for despair. But Advent is a season to renew our hope. It’s a time of waiting in hope for something we cannot yet see or even imagine.
Christian hope is more than optimism or wishful thinking that things will get better. As we wait for Jesus to enter our lives anew this Advent, let’s prepare our hearts to receive this hope and to share it with others.

Join us on Zoom on Wednesday nights for this four week Advent series as together we explore what it means to Hear Hope, See Hope and Share Hope.
They are always generous and lend freely; their children will be a blessing.
Psalm 37:26
The Gift of Giving is realized in so many places in our lives. Your giving and pledge to the church not only helps the church to grow in its ministry and mission, it provides a positive model for those around you, and those in your family.

'...Their children will be a blessing' In other words, by being an example of generosity, your children, and maybe even your grandchildren may learn to model that spirit in their own lives.

Thank you for your giving and and commitment to First Pres. If you've not submitted your Giving Intention for 2022, please do so by using the blue Giving Estimate button below!
