The Annual Retreat for Diocesan Priests

After a one year hiatus from our annual retreat due to COVID, all of the diocesan priests of the Diocese of Orange will be on retreat from Monday, June 7 through Friday, June 11. The retreat will be at the Westin Mission Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage and it will be led by Abbot Jeremy Driscoll, the Abbot of Mt. Angel Abbey in Oregon. The theme is “Awesome Glory: Pastoral Implications of the Resurrection”.  Please keep us priests in your prayers during this time away as we spend with the Lord and one another.

Roberto (our seminarian) will be at the same event; however, he and other seminarians serve as staff, assistants, and altar servers for the retreat. They go out on Friday to start setting up, they work hard all week, then put everything away and come home exhausted!

Fr. Evan will not be on retreat with us; rather, he will be spending time with some of his priest friends who meet every year in early June for a time of vacation.

Here is the schedule then, for Masses in the local area from June 7-11:
St. Timothy Mass on Monday only at 8:30am
No other liturgies during the week
Chapel open M-F, 9am-5pm for prayer
Corpus Christi No liturgies during the week
Mission San Juan No liturgies during the week
St. Edward Mass each day at 8:15am and 5:30pm
Holy Trinity Mass each day at 8:30am
