There will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, Confessions, Singing of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, Benediction and time for silent prayer and thanksgiving.

We Thirst Series

We all know someone who has been touched by addiction. We Thirst is an inspirational series that educates about the topic of addiction from a Christian perspective. The program consists of five contemplative sessions, which are designed for all Christians, including the afflicted, their family and friends, and anyone who would like to learn more to become part of a solution to a problem that affects all of our communities. We Thirst explores the nature of addiction and our responsibility as followers of Christ, in responding to those who are suffering. These five sessions educate us about the biology, psychology, sociology, and spirituality of addiction and concludes with Action. One attendee stated, “This program has been a miracle, after years of prayer.”

We all know someone who is struggling or has struggled with addiction…this could be the ‘the miracle’ that you have been praying for! We Thirst Series will begin on Monday, May 1st at 7pm in the Parish Center. Sessions will run approximately 1½ to 2 hours. Sessions will continue on 5/8, 5/15, 5/22 and conclude on 6/5. Registration for the program is necessary as we need to prepare materials for participants.

To register for We Thirst, contact Eileen McKeron at 215-527-0269/[email protected] or Sister Barbara at [email protected]
