Wednesday at 5:30
A child-friendly version of Stations of the Cross led by our children.

Maundy Thursday Agape Meal and Service
Thursday at 5:30 pm
Jesus teaches us about true servant­hood and binds us together in the first Holy Communion. Jesus is then arrested and taken away from us. Please bring simple soups (no stews or chili), bread, cheese, dried fruits including dates and figs. Meal at 5:30 pm.  Service at 6 pm.  Childcare available.

Maundy Thursday Vigil
Until 8 am on Friday
Following the Maundy Thursday service the church family keeps watch, just as Jesus asked the disciples to keep watch on the Mount of Olives before he was betrayed. Sign up in the Parish Hall.

Good Friday
Soup Lunch at 11:30 am
Services at Noon and 6 pm (Stations of the Cross at 5:30 pm)
The church family gathers to mourn the death of our best friend and brother.  Childcare at the 6 pm service.

Holy Saturday
Service at 10 am 
The church family mourns Jesus who is dead and lying in the tomb.  We gather to contemplate what life is like without him.

Easter Sunday - The Day of Resurrection!
The church family celebrates the Good News! He is Risen!!!

Centering Prayer this Sunday at 4 pm
Weekly Centering Prayer On Sundays when our contemplative Oasis service is not held, we will meet at 4 pm in St. Andrew’s Chapel for one hour of centering prayer. Please email Michael Miller or Nancy Carter for more information.
Dedication Easter Lillies
Dedication envelopes will become available this Sunday, March 17, on the Flower Guild
bulletin board in the narthex. Place your completed envelope in the labeled box on the same board.  Deadline for Easter Lilies is Monday, April 15.

Maundy Thursday—Clean Water and Towels For Foot washing

On Maundy Thursday we wash one another's feet following the example of our Lord. This year we will be providing clean water and towels for each person.
We equip all for ministry.  
Adult Education
No adult Christian Education this Sunday morning. We will resume our class The New Testament You Never Knew , a video series with Bishop N. T. Wright and Michael F. Bird on May 5 . Learn more.
We bring seekers into the fellowship of the Church.  
Rick Byrne Memorial Trivia Tournament

Test your trivia knowledge at the "Feel the Byrne"
Memorial Trivia Tournament, Friday, May 17, 2019, 6pm - 9pm , Parish Hall.

All adults and youth (rising 6th grader and up) can participate. Teams will consist of 8 participants. The tournament is free. Dinner will be served for $5 per person, no more than $25 per family.

This is a great way to introduce others to St. Paul!

Easter Egg Hunt

We are preparing for St. Paul's Easter Egg Hunt, which will take place at 10 am on Easter Sunday. We are asking for donations for the children's treat bags. Items such as coloring books, books, bubbles, seeds for Spring planting, play-doh, balls, bracelets, etc., along with INDIVIDUALLY wrapped candy would be greatly appreciated.  We do not need any plastic eggs or treat bags. Please place any items you'd like to donate in the designated box in the Parish Hall by this Sunday, April 14th . Questions? Email Cindy at

Hello Baseball Fans!

St Paul's is again hosting a night at the Nashville Sounds baseball game. The date is Sunday, June 16th at 2:05 pm against Salt Lake. We have reserved 12 of the 4-Top tables (48 seats) in the right field for the game. Main Street JazzFest

Main Street Murfreesboro’s signature spring event, JazzFest, is May 3 and 4 on the Square in Downtown Murfreesboro! JazzFest is celebrating its twenty-second anniversary this year – you don’t want to miss it!!

The event is filled with the best in jazz music from our local high school jazz bands to touring jazz greats. There’ll be plenty of yummy food choices and collectible JazzFest merchandise in the Market Tent. 

Come be a part of the excitement Downtown by volunteering a couple of hours of your time – you’ll get a cool JazzFest T-shirt for your help!

Membership Coordinator —Part-Time Staff Position
Krista Phillips has recently stepped down as the St. Paul’s Membership Coordinator. We are very grateful for all her efforts in establishing this new role in our parish.

The position is for 15 hours per week.

New Pew Cards

As announced last week, we have new pew cards. They include an offering envelopes labeled Give; a card labeled Families with information for parents; an About You (Prayer Requests on back) card, our new visitors card on the front and prayer request card on the back; and Welcome card which provides basic information about St. Paul’s.

Locking Doors

We are experiencing some of our doors not being locked and latched. If you unlock any door, please be sure to re-lock it or make sure someone else does.

Church of the Holy Trinity - Jazz on the Triangle

The annual series Jazz on the Triangle returns to the Church of the Holy Trinity for the twenty-fourth season this year. Concerts will be on April 28, May 19, and
June 16, featuring some of Nashville's finest and most respected talent.

Oasis Contemplative Service
Fourth Sunday Each Month at 4 pm in St. Andrew’s Chapel
If you are yearning for a quiet place removed from the hubbub and busyness of life where you can be close to God, come to a new service we are calling Oasis, one hour of reflection and silent prayer in the midst of our Lenten wandering. 

Weekly Centering Prayer - 4 pm on Sundays in St. Andrew's Chapel
