Mark your calendars. Simbang Gabi is going to be celebrated on December 18 at the 5pm mass. There will be the traditional procession of the parols (stars). This a Filipino tradition of joining together to follow the star to Jesus. We look forward to celebrating with you on December 18!

Let’s Journey Together

The word “synod” means to journey together. Everyone around the world is invited to participate in this synodal process which includes listening to God’s word, celebrating the Eucharist, and reflecting upon our experience as Church. For a Synodal Church: Communion, Participation, and Mission is Pope Francis’ call for the largest consultation of the human family in history, and it includes all of us at St. Vincent de Paul parish!

Our parish will host listening sessions to prayerfully read the signs of the times together and discern how the Holy Spirit is calling all of us, as the Body of Christ, to accomplish our mission here and now. We are all invited to journey together.

All parishioners are invited to participate as we journey together. You are invited to journey together. We want to hear from everyone — especially people who have been marginalized or are often unheard.

The listening sessions will be focused on two central questions as we prayerfully dream about the Church that the Holy Spirit calls us to be:

1.   How is this “journeying together” happening today in our local Church?

2.   What steps does the Holy Spirit invite us to take to grow in our “journeying together”?

Listening sessions will be scheduled in January and February. Please watch the parish newsletter for more information.

Mothers and Others wants to help you get ready for Christmas. December 17 is our annual Christmas Catch Up. Bring your presents that need to be wrapped and any last minute Christmas project that you have. Meet us in the South Narthex of the Church at 7pm for a fun night of friendship and Christmas fun. Please RSVP to the parish office.

JustFaith is back. We are going to be offering Faith and Racial Justice the third and final installment of their Racial Justice Program. JustFaith will begin with an in person retreat on January 8^th. We will then meet every Tuesday starting January 11 and ending March 1. We will meet on Zoom from 6:30pm to 9pm. 

If you are 55+ join our Vincentians for lunch in the New Year. We will be going to Black Bear for lunch on January 4^th at noon. Please reserve your spot by calling the parish office. 

Just in time for boosters and Children’s Vaccinations our parish is having a Covid 19/Booster vaccination clinic on January 9^th and 30^th from 9am to 1pm. 

It will be in the South Narthex of the church.

CYO Basketball late registration continues through January 4^th!

 The following teams are being offered this season: 6^th girls and 6^th boys.

We are offering limited openings for 5^th grade boys to play-up into the 6^th Boys teams on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once the team player limit is filled then registration will close.
