SUMMER CHURCH SCHOOL BEGINS. All Preschool - 3rd Grade children are invited to a lectionary-based class time, then will join their parents in church at the time of the Peace for communion. The summer schedule continues through August 27.
PARISH PICNIC IN THE STREET
(or Great Hall and Taylor Room, if it is raining!) follows the 10 AM liturgy. Join the fun of Wayne, the Balloon Man, the Bouncy Castle, pony and horse rides, and the barbecue. The barbecue lunch is free; the horse and pony ride and the Bouncy Castle are $5 per child, unlimited use! We are collecting canned food for the Hunger Ministry. Baskets will be near the serving tables.

All parishioners are invited and encouraged to join the St. Michael's Hunger Ministry on the third Saturday of each month from 10-11 AM in the Taylor Room to make sandwiches for the Bridge and FOCUS St. Louis clients.

CHURCH SCHOOL COLLECTIONS: The money collected during the Church School year, $900, has been sent to the Episcopal Relief and Development, earmarked to help the area flood victims in recent weeks. The $300 collected during Lent went to Heifer International to buy honey bees, a sheep, a goat and chickens! Great job, church school children!
