Greetings!
I am very pleased to share with you our progress on the first phase of our Holy Spirit Parish Renewal Initiative - our Communal Discernment. I am sincerely and deeply grateful for the many of you who participated in the discernment sessions, recognizing that some who may have wished to participate were not able to do so. We received several hundreds of comments and suggestions, which provided us with a sense of the parish community’s vision for our future. Read More...

Immaculate Conception
December 8th
Mass at 8:30 AM (livestreamed) & 7:30 PM
The Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is the Patronal Feast day of the United States of America. Pope Francis said that the Gospel, particularly in the story of the announcement of the Birth of Jesus, will help us to understand what we are celebrating, above all through angel Gabriel’s greeting. Advent Communal Reconciliation Service
Saturday, Dec. 11th - 10:00 AM
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a sacrament of healing and that is what God desires for us; to be comforted in our struggles and to find healing from our sins. If it has been a while since your last confession, remember, “Do not fear” (Is 41:10). Ask, and the priest will help guide you. Feel free print this guide to take with you.

Family Grace Group Session Recap
In our Family Grace Group, we discuss many heartbreaking, emotionally draining, and yet sometimes funny situations (albeit after the actual event!). Yes, we laugh. We also look for the positive and focus on the good. Love is our guide and light, not fear. With that, I would like to share with you an old Native American story about the good and bad wolf in all of us:
An old man told his grandson “There is a battle between two wolves inside all of us. One is Evil (it is anger, envy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego), and the other is Good (it is joy, peace, love, humility, kindness, empathy and truth).” When the boy asked, “Which wolf wins?” the old man quietly replied, “The one you feed.”
Feed the good wolf.
