May 17, 2020
Dear Parishioners:

A lot happened this week in the State and County news regarding the gradual opening of the State of Maryland. It is definitely a moving target as three decision making bodies make recommendations given all the information they have. The third decision making body is the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

The Archdiocese has 9 counties and Baltimore City and now each county is making its own decision in light of the Governor's recommendation. The Archdiocese in turn make general recommendations knowing parishes are in ten different jurisdictions. In addition to that there are 2 other dioceses (Archdiocese of Washington and Diocese of Wilmington) in the State which can add to the multiplicity of decisions. Thank you for your patience as we move forward the best way possible and for the safety of all.
