We Want You to Have the Best Support Experience Possible
It's a busy time for parishes everywhere as they finish up 2021 reports and start sending out Contribution Statements to their donors. Please be aware generating Contribution Statements is a process that can take some time, depending on the size of your parish. You may need to wait up to 20 minutes before the statements complete the process. If you do have a long-running process that does not generate contribution statements after 30 minutes, please contact the Support Department at support@parishsoft.com, and please provide your Parish, Diocese, and Org ID if you know it.

Also, please be aware January is the busiest time of year for the Support Team at ParishSOFT. You will experience longer-than-average wait times if you're looking to get in touch with a representative directly, but we will do our best to reply to your messages as quick as we can. We encourage you to use the Support Webpage for self-help. You can search questions and find most answers here:
