Our big girl Hazel is moving to the Twos. She will be greatly missed but is ready for new adventures.

Language and Literacy

Small group: Many of you may look at this and say they are doing art but more then that were the conversations we had as we created. We talked about what we were creating, the parts of the bunny, the sticky glue, the soft cotton that were like "small balls". Then we compared the soft cotton to the paper. All activities are much more then they seem.

After: Some of our friends pointed out our bunny wreath as they came to school and we told them about the soft cotton.

Art Activities

For art this week, the children created a cute little bunny card we hope you enjoy, along with some decorative Easter eggs, bunny stamps and some egg shaker art.

Outside Time

While we were outside, we practiced our throwing skills. We threw balls overhand, underhand, and rolled them as well. It's all about the learning BUT having fun while doing it.
