Park Maitland Preschool is in full swing and off to an amazing start at our brand new campus on Howell Market Lane in Winter Park. I am honored and elated to serve as the principal of Park Maitland Preschool! The staff, students, and parents already feel like family and the sounds of joy are echoing through hallways! I am so grateful for the support of the Administrative Team and staff at Park Maitland School as we worked together to launch the exciting facility!

The same wonder-filled learning that Park Maitland has provided for the past 52 years at our main campus is now inspiring preschoolers’ natural curiosity and building a firm foundation for academic success because learning is fun!

Carrying on Park Maitland’s long held philosophy of whole child education, even our youngest students are enjoying imaginative STEAM play through games and exploration with individual attention and one-on-one assistance. Early math, literacy, and fine motor development is integrated throughout the curriculum. Singing, dancing, dramatic play, and movement to music enhance learning and allow opportunities to explore feelings and experience joy. The artist of the month is Henri Matisse and the students created their very own modern art masterpieces.

The entire Park Maitland Preschool staff is passionate about making the ideal environment for your children!

Have a wonderful weekend!
With Warmest Regards,
Jane Hicks

Please be sure to check your ALMA account weekly. We encourage every family to make this part of your routine. Checking your account regularly will allow you to view any incidental charges or updates to your account and more importantly allow time if there are any adjustments that need to be made prior to the billing due date. As we are coming to the end of the month, please check now for any unpaid October fees. Monthly tuition billing, will show on the 1st of each month.

All balances are due at the beginning of the month. Due to COVID, we have allowed for a generous transition period into this school year, but beginning the month of November, a 1.5% late fee will be assessed for outstanding balances after the 10th. We appreciate your efforts to meet these expectations.  Please do not hesitate to contact the Business Office with any questions and/or concerns.
This week's feature from our wonderful School Counselor, Mrs. "J" Jaworski is about focusing on our strengths and struggles in our students.

Hola a todas las familias de Park Maitland! We are happy to share our Hispanic Heritage Month Virtual Assembly with all of you! The U.S. takes part in celebrating the histories, cultures, and contributions of American citizens whose ancestors came from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean and Central and South America. Enjoy the video provided by Señora Johnson, Señora Richardson, and Mrs. McCulloch. We are thrilled to share this collaboration between students and parents in learning about food, art, dance, and how knowing Spanish can benefit our own lives both professionally and on a personal level. Por favor, join us in honoring this event by watching our assembly video.
