In addition to the fun events and activities, our 5th grade Design Thinking class, with the help of Ms. Martinez, WOW'd us with their Earth Day Assembly!

Message from the Security Manager:

We are in the final stretch with six weeks left until the end of school. It has been a great year so far, and we want to finish on a high note. Here is a quick review of some of the things we can do to ensure the safety of our students, parents, and faculty for the remainder of the school year.

  • Please DO NOT arrive early for afternoon dismissals.
  • Please be courteous to other drivers.
  • If you are northbound on 17-92, DO NOT make the right turn on red at Magnolia Avenue during arrival or dismissals.
  • Please allow parents with Left Turn Hangers to turn left off of Magnolia into the school.
  • Have your name placards visible for the caller and the teachers at the loading stations during dismissal.
  • As always, please refrain from texting or using cell phones while in the carpool lines.

I wanted to send out a big thank you to the amazing 3rd Grade parents. By working together, they were able to prevent a potential parking crisis during the field trip to the Marine Science Center this week. I saw groups of six and seven parents being dropped off and carpooling. Thank you so much!

Please continue to be patient and respectful! If you have any questions please feel free to email me at: jjohnson@parkmaitland.org or call (407) 647-3038 x248.

Thanks you in advance for your cooperation, and let's all work together to ensure the safety of the students, parents, and faculty of Park Maitland School!
