This coming June, 6th grader Melissa D. (#13) will be competing at Volleyball Junior Olympics in Indianapolis with her team. Her passion for volleyball started 2 years ago when she played for Park Maitland. We are so proud of you, Melissa!
4th graders went on a gem mining adventure this week! They searched for various rocks and minerals, and then participated in a gem analysis lab. This is just one more exciting Park Maitland tradition!
Thanks again to the presenting parents who came to share about different career choices in Ms. Dick's social studies classes!
4th grader, Diva B., made origami frogs for her whole class, and students had fun racing them this week during homeroom!
Students in our Tinkering Lab and Maker Space classes experienced some real hands on learning during Take Apart Days. Thanks to all who donated old phones and electronics for our students to explore!
Our annual book swap event is a great opportunity for students to trade old books for "new", just in time for summer reading!

School Uniform Reminder

In preparation of summer "growth spurts" and back-to-school shopping (before you know it) we want to be sure you have the most up to date information. Park Maitland school uniforms can be purchased from one of our approved uniform providers:

All uniforms must be embroidered with the Park Maitland logo:

Old school uniforms can still be worn in the upcoming school year. Also, our Uniform Swap is still available for parents to go check out gently used items (and to donate items for future use). If you are interested in scheduling a time to visit the Uniform Swap, please call or text Danae Pollack at

* All uniform swap donations must be taken directly to the swap. Please do not bring old uniforms onto campus to donate.
Friendly Reminder: All outstanding library books are due at this time!

If possible, please provide your children with a pen or marker to keep in their bags for signing. Children will be able to bring their books to school each day until the end of the school year.
