This Sunday at Parkade

Pastor Chris will begin a new sermon series titled, "Next Steps: Going Forward in Faith." During this sermon series we will be challenged to take steps in becoming all that God created and calls us to be. This Sunday we will explore Joshua 1:1-9 where God told Joshua to take some "next steps" in moving forward into the Promised Land.

Host Homes Needed for African Children's Choir

The African Children's Choir, originally scheduled to perform on Sunday, June 14, 2020, has been rescheduled for Sunday, March, 26. This is a great outreach opportunity for our church, however, to be able to have the concert we need host homes that can house the children and sponsors on the night of Saturday, March 25. There are approximately 18 children and several adults that will need a place to stay the night. If you could provide a place to stay the evening, please contact Larry Clark this Sunday.

Women on Missions Meetings

WOM will not meet in January. Mark your calendars for the next WOM meeting on Thursday, February 9th at 10 a.m. You are invited to attend the 2023 OCC Celebration on Saturday, February 18, 1 pm, at First Baptist Church, 701 Court St., Fulton, MO. What an opportunity to share the mission of OCC with family and friends!

Blessing Box Needs

Needed Items:

canned meat

Vienna Sausages

Tuna,Chicken

snack items-nuts, trail mix, crackers,

granola bars, individual dry meal packets, toothbrushes, combs, hats, gloves, blankets, hand warmers

cereals.

The drop-off for Blessing Box items is located in the Welcome Center by the fireplace. Thank you for your generosity.

EXCITING! Our Student Ministry has started something new - Small Groups on Wednesday Nights. We will have Fellowship Time, Games, Worship, A Lesson from Pastor Christopher, then Small groups.

We have a great group of adults serving our students that will be leading these groups each week.

If you have a student in 6th-12th grade, we would love to see you each week 6:30-8pm on Wednesdays in the student room.
