The parking lot under the Quay will be closing as they pour the final bits of cement to complete this project! It will close at 9pm Tuesday December 12 and will re open at 7am Friday Dec 15.

Cancellation Policy

Just a gentle reminder that we do ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling appointments.

We have reserved time especially for you and "no shows" and late cancellations will result in a service charge and/or the loss of the opportunity to book future appointments with us. Thank You in advance for extending this courtesy to your stylist and other clients who may be on a waiting list.
