PARK OPERATIONS UPDATE: APRIL 28, 2020
We continue to monitor the changing developments around COVID-19 and the Governor's Orders. Social distancing practices are working. Our parks can now be opened with the following safeguards to let residents enjoy outdoor activities and the weather:

WHAT OUTDOOR SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE
  • Parks and athletic fields for personal and family recreational use (not teams or groups); i.e. biking, running, walking
  • Community Dog Park
  • The playgrounds, equipment and tennis courts are still closed

PLEASE REMEMBER TO USE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WHILE ENJOYING OUTDOOR SPACES
  • Maintain at least 6 feet from people outside your household and follow CDC Guidelines.
  • Do not engage in sports and activities that require physical or shared contact.
  • Share the trails and warn other trail users of your presence as you pass.
  • Public gatherings of any number of people are prohibited.
  • Do not use parks or trails if you are exhibiting symptoms.
  • Plan ahead as there is no access to public restrooms or water fountains.
  • Suggest you carry masks for use if you encounter others in close proximity.
  • Suggest you carry gloves for access to gated entrances.
  • Follow CDC Guidelines on personal hygiene prior to visiting parks or trails.
  • Remember that the virus can stay on surfaces for up to several days and outdoor amenities, gated entrances, etc. are not disinfected by staff.
