Hi Parkway People!

It is only one week until Wednesday nights are back at Parkway! 

Next Wednesday, August 26th, Bible studies and small groups for all ages will return and run from 6pm - 7.30pm. 

Parkway Kids (birth - 3rd) and 4:12 (4th grade - 12th grade) will meet with their age groups in the Ministry Center:

Adult Bible Study - Ministry Center Downstairs, Room 126/128

Parkway Kids - Ministry Center Downstairs classrooms

4:12 - Student Worship Center on the 2^nd floor

Both Parkway Kids and 4:12 will be provided a snack dinner each week. (Meagan posts what the dinner will be on the Parkway Students page of our website each week!)



The topic for both groups this semester will be taking a closer look at the stories of Jesus's life, teachings, and relationships. They will explore the person behind the faith we profess and consider what it means to truly know and follow Him.

For adults, I am going to teach a Bible study in Rm. 126/128 on the first floor of the Ministry Center that explores the Old Testament Book of Ecclesiastes. Ecclesiastes is a wisdom book that captures feelings of exhaustion, frustration, and apathy — three things alive and well in the world today.

Whether you've read the Bible your whole life or are new to it, you're invited to join as we dig into living a positive, uplifting faith in a world where it's easy to feel like nothing ever changes, gets any better, and it's easy to just stop caring. 

I'm looking forward to Wednesday nights being back and I hope to see you there!
