Dear [Parish Name], [City] –
As we approach the new year, please take note of the following details regarding the upcoming filing of the 2025 Parochial Report:
1.Online Filing Begins January 5, 2026
- All reports must be filed online.
- While PDF forms are available for offline preparation, the data must be entered manually on the filing site.
- If you lack internet access, contact your diocesan office for support.
2.Filing Deadline: March 1, 2026
- Reports must be filed by this date.
- Late submissions will require assistance from your diocesan office.
3.Filing Site Access
- The filing site has been updated to reflect the 2025 Parochial Report form.
- You may view these questions now, but data entry will not be available until January 5, 2026.
4.Updated Instructions
- Separate workbooks will no longer be provided; instead, examples and help text are available directly on the filing site.
-
For video walkthroughs on how to file online, please visit the General Convention website at https://generalconvention.org/forms-and-instructions/
- For additional support, please contact your diocesan office.
-
Please note that if you use the Parish Register App to record your worship services, that data will automatically be carried over to the parochial report for you to complete it. However, you will still need to review and confirm those figures before submitting. To do this, simply double-click the imported number in the field or copy and paste the figure into the field.
-
It's not too late to start using the Parish Register app! You can backdate your information for the year 2025 or begin fresh in the new year to prepare for filing the 2026 parochial report—whichever works best for you. To register, please visit the following website at Parish Register App
