1. Do little things right
Ex: Be early, start behind the line, finish through the line, be on time to class, and take pride in doing small things great.
2. Keep things simple but effective
Ex: Make quality the priority, be great at athletic based movements.
3. Train harder than the game demands
Ex: Stress the mind and body during the off season so the game comes easy.
4. Have great body language & energy in everything we do
Ex: Eye contact, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and be coached.
5. Win every rep
Ex: Mastering every movement one rep at a time and never skipping reps. For me, coaching every single rep as hard as I can.
