ROANOKE CONNECT ROLLOUT
Despite recent rainfalls that "slowed down" construction, Roanoke Connect’s rollout is moving ahead on schedule. In February, RC technicians completed home installations on the following roadways: Deloatch Mill Rd, Indian Branch Rd, Ashleys Grove Rd, Parker Rd, Burnt Bridges Rd and Highway 258.

  • Crews are currently finishing the groundwork for parts of the Conway area in Northampton County. Installations have begun with 76 active subscribers to date. The last day to sign up for internet service in this area was March 12.
  • Crews are also completing the groundwork in the Mapleton area with scheduling for installations set to begin in April. To date, there are 89 potential new subscribers in this area. The last day for REC member-owners to sign up for free installation with the installation of the smart grid devices is set for April 15.
WHERE TO NEXT?
