We are pleased to launch the first edition of the Partner Community Newsletter. In each edition, we’ll share the latest happenings, such as new features, bug fixes, and CIE care coordination platform improvements.

Enhanced Referral Search

Finding Resources in the 211/CIE database will have a new look and feel. 


Highlights

  • New layout and color palette
  • Better results with pre-populated filters like age and location
  • More service details are displayed in the results

New Features

  • More filter options on the left panel; Categories, Resource Filters, and Target Populations
  • When the location is available, results are automatically sorted by distance
  • Locate a map view of the search results using the globe icon


Tip:

  • Click "More Info" on a search result to view more details.

Client Search

The steps to find a client will be clearer. As will, creating a new client. 

Highlights

  • Simplified Search Client layout
  • Separate Create New Client tab
  • Guided process to Create Clients


New Features

  • Search results now include: Mobile, Home, and Main Phone Numbers to increase the possibility of a client match
  • Ability to capture a digital signature, see video example
  • Ability to create a record and document consent for a minor under 17 years or younger with parental consent

Tip:

To authorize a client you need a minimum of First and Last name, Date of Birth, and one of the following: Last 4 of SSN#, 4-digit PIN, phone number, or email.   

Privacy Tab

Update a client’s consent status in fewer steps.


Highlights

  • Improved process to add a New Authorization, Revoke, and Renew consent records

New Features

  • A Digital Signature method allows a client to sign an Authorization form in real-time

Tip:

Tired of that warning message to update the Privacy tab? Select New Authorization to upgrade the client’s consent type. Watch this video to see how.
