Introducing the UKG Pro Turnkey Benefit Carrier App!

This app empowers customers to monitor, transmit demographics, payroll contributions and open enrollment elections for UKGs most popular and preferred benefit vendor integrations.

The app exports and imports benefit related data, transforms the data using the app mapping tools and loads the data to a third-party vendor in the format as standardized and required by the vendor. Complete with validation, testing, and scheduling options, the Platform is the primary tool to transmit data to qualified vendors.

The UKG Pro Turnkey Integration Platform provides trained Pro Partner Integrations Developers with a streamlined self-guided app that consolidates the development experience to less than eight hours!

For access to this tool, trained Pro Partner Integration Developers must successfully complete the UKG PRO Turnkey Integration Training and assessment located within Talent Central. It is approximately 6 hours and 20 minutes.

When you are ready to implement this on your next project, you will need to request access. Please go to UKG Partner Network SharePoint Site and from the main page, click on the Services Partner Access Form>choose UKG Pro>Integration Platform and complete the required information.

UKG Pro WFM People API Boot Camp for Partners August 24

Thurs, Aug 24, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (EDT).

Recently, there has been a high volume of cases, issues, and go-live pushes related to the People Integration for Joint Customers. Recognizing the importance of this matter, a series of People API Boot Camps will be launched to enhance understanding and awareness.

This new, instructor-led virtual training for customer-facing Partners reviews best practices and closes the knowledge gap regarding People Integration from Pro to Dimensions using the API format. An exam will be held at the conclusion of the course.

August '23 Quarterly Enhancement Training is Now Available!

Visit the Launch Methodology Page to see current training recommendations and access courses. As a reminder, UKG Launch is currently required for UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and full-suite (Pro + WFM) implementations.

UKG Certification badges are on the move....

During the month of August, UKG will continue to move to a digital badge solution. We look forward to this providing you with an enhanced experience when leveraging your badge in emails and social platforms. Those who have received certification and champion badges will be notified when your new badge is provided. The rollout will run through the end of August.

The Add Flag to Display WFM Page feature allows UKG Pro WFM administrators to display or hide the Workforce Management step in the new hire and re-hire wizards within UKG Pro. This feature was rescheduled and became available for all joint customers on July 14. Learn more here.
The General Availability release date for the Business Structure Alignment feature has been delayed due to issues discovered during testing.

Partner Product & Support Hour Hub on SharePoint

Introducing our new Partner Product & Support Hours Hub located on the main page of our UKG Partner Network SharePoint Site!

With just a few clicks, you can gain access to UKG Subject Matter Experts for:

Talent Suite Office Hours & Knowledge Sessions
UKG Pro Workforce Management Analytics/Data Hub Office Hours

Reminder: Company Access Code and Vanity URL for GCP Customers

The Onboarding product may be inaccessible to customers if the CAC is configured but the vanity URL has not been created. To avoid issues and delays, verify the CAC and vanity URL have been created at the beginning of your project. Learn more about this process on the UKG Pro Company Access Code Requirement page.

User Adoption Toolkits Now Available

Customers can use the User Adoption Toolkits to support their employees and help them feel comfortable and knowledgeable about their UKG solution. The previously used Rollout Toolkits will be retired on August 2.

Data Hub Release 10.2 Scheduled

Data Hub release 10.2 is scheduled for production on August 7. Customer action is needed to ensure continued data availability in Data Hub. Learn more here.

Heads up! Interface Training is being updated

You will notice shifts in our terminology for Pro Interface and Development certifications. Communications will be sent directly to our Training Managers and those impacted directly.

Reminder of the month -

For those certified and those who are working to become certified.

Beginning August 4th, UKG will require applications to be submitted by a noted training manager of your organization. Additional fields to capture the Training Manager name and Email are being added to the new application and renewal application forms. This process change will be in place for all new and renewal applications. There is not impact on those applications already in process. For questions, please reach out to PartnerCertsRenew@ukg.com
