REINVESTMENT PAYMENT PROGRAM

ASSISTANCE

South Dakota's great tax environment is a draw to a variety of businesses. One of the tools that the state has to offer is a rebate program that can help push a project over the finish line.

The Reinvestment Payment Program or SD Jobs Program can help a business substantially. These programs can rebate a portion of the state sales tax that would be accrued by projects. It does not include excise tax. Excise tax is a contractor's tax that is not able to be rebated. If you have projects you think might be a good fit for RPP or the SD Jobs programs let the GOED Business Development team know before speaking to the prospect about incentives. They will be able to weed through the program details to determine a perfect fit.

If you have questions on GOED programs, contact your local Partner Relations Representative.
