This poster includes a QR code that directs patients to an online survey, providing them with a convenient and efficient way to share their feedback. By gathering insights directly from patients, we aim to better understand their needs and experiences, enabling us to share valuable data with your sector and implement meaningful improvements to the health system.

We would greatly appreciate your support in this initiative by allowing the poster to be displayed in a highly visible location within your pharmacy. Copies of the poster will be delivered to your pharmacy this week via BGA for your convenience. Your collaboration is instrumental in helping us collect this critical patient feedback, which ultimately benefits the entire health system.
