The Long Beach Housing Authority is pleased to introduce a new resource for housing providers: the HCV Assistance Estimator, now available on the HACLB website. Designed to support the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, this tool provides preliminary estimates of the maximum Rent to Owner permitted and calculates the expected tenant subsidy, in an easy-to-use interface. This tool aims to provide housing providers with essential financial information before entering into rental agreements.
We encourage all housing providers to explore the functionalities of the HCV Assistance Estimator.
