nd Trinity High School have renegotiated our guaranteed admissions agreement, increasing the amount of merit aid and admitting qualified Trinity students to their program of choice, including Carlow's competitive nursing and cardiovascular perfusion programs.
"Trinity High School is thrilled that Carlow University has experienced what we already know to be true--that Trinity students are prepared exceptionally well for the demanding academics of college," said Principal John W. Cominsky. "Carlow has substantially raised their merit aid offer for our students who earn admission. We are proud to partner with a university that maintains a similar mission to our own to educate students in mind, body, and spirit."
Graduates of Trinity who apply, are admitted, and enroll at Carlow University will receive a guaranteed four-year renewable academic merit scholarship of at least $17,000, totaling a four-year value of $68,000. To qualify, students must have a minimum 3.00 GPA (as calculated by Carlow using a 4.00 scale) and either 1060 SAT (EBRW and Math), a 21 ACT composite, or a 68 CLT, and be in good standing at Trinity High School.
Students with higher academic credentials may earn up to $20,000 annually, or a total of $80,000 over four years. Trinity students are also eligible to receive further merit aid, athletic scholarships, and the Catholic High School Award ($5,000 annually, for a total of $20,000 over four years) above and beyond this minimum award.
