Beginning April 3, 2023, we will revert to the Express Order (EO) freight policy. The EO policy was paused on January 12, 2023 because of the Jackson Parts Warehouse tornado damage, but it is now being reinstated.
The EO change will apply to shipments made April 3 or later, regardless of the original order date.
All other inbound/outbound processes will remain in effect:

Machine Down (MD) | Freight paid by dealer
- Expedited air to and through the Chicago cross-dock

Express Order (EO) | Freight paid by dealer

Ship from stock in the McDonough Parts Warehouse or ship by expedited air freight from Japan to McDonough and cross-dock.

Stock Order (SO) | Freight paid by HCMA

Ship from stock in the McDonough Parts Warehouse or by consolidated air freight from Japan to McDonough and cross-dock.

Special Program (IN) | Freight paid per program
