RENTAL REGISTRY

The Pasadena Rent Stabilization Department is requiring owners to register their rental units, hand over personal information about their ownership, and pay $214.71 per unit that cannot be passed on to tenants.

This includes your ADU, condo or single-family home, if you rent them out.

There are three main pathways to registering:

1. Through the online portal
2. By printing out and filling in a form that can be returned by mail
3. For owners of 10+ units, by completing an online spreadsheet

The deadline is Sunday, Dec 22nd. We will keep you informed of any updates or new information.

You can join us to meet your peers, get an update on Measure H and other regulations in Pasadena and help us build a pathway to implementing a fair and reasonable ballot measure in 2026 to restore stability to Pasadena's rental market.
