Relax & Create: DIY Aromatherapy Heating Packs

Join us for a fun and soothing craft session where you'll create your own microwavable heating pack infused with calming essential oils! These cozy, no-sew packs are perfect for relaxation, easing sore muscles, or warming up on chilly days. Choose from a variety of fabrics and scents to personalize your creation. No sewing experience needed for this free 1-hour activity (while supplies last)—just bring your creativity! Registration required. Space is limited.

Making Connections Workshop - April 29 - 10:30am-12:30pm

This class highlights the value of social wellness by fostering curiosity, empathy, and active listening. Through interactive exercises such as storytelling, empathy bingo, and a loving-kindness meditation, participants build skills for forming deeper connections and enhancing their relationships. These activities promote mutual understanding and stronger community bonds. Registration required.

Join Pascal’s intern, Biba Rguibi, to get help with your cell phone or tablet. She will be available to ask questions and troubleshoot your device. (No computers or laptops please). Appointments preferred, but walk-ins welcome.


Beginner Jewelry Making Class

April 16 - 1:00-2:30pm

With instructor Sheila Henriquez, create your new bracelet or earrings using beautiful beads. Cost is $10 which includes all supplies, beads and the usage of the tools. Making Life Better!

Membership

The Pascal Senior Activity Center offers free membership to individuals 55 and over who are active, self-sufficient, and able to function independently. For more information, visit us in person or give us a call at 410-222-6680 for additional information about classes and activities.

The Senior Nutrition Program

The Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) serves meals at the senior activity centers Monday through Friday at noon. To reserve a meal, you may visit the SNP site aide desk, speak with senior activity center staff, or call 410-222-0256. Please reserve your meal at least 3 days in advance. Donations are always welcomed! Please consider helping us support the Congregate Meal Program to continue providing nutritious and delicious meals to all we serve!

Anyone needing accommodations must contact Katy Owings at 410-222-6680 or agowin23@aacounty.org at least 7 days in advance of the event. TTY users, please call via Maryland relay 7-1-1. All materials are available in alternate formats upon request.
