We are excited to still be able to bring you one of

our largest school-wide events this year!

On Friday, October 30th, every GCS student will leave the building and serve in our community! This fun day is a kick-off to a year of service projects as well as a fundraiser for the school.

Fundraiser - What You Need To Know

We ask that each GCS household fill out a "Champion List."

Look for your personal digital copy in your email this week, or reach out to Susan Black to receive it. You can find more details here. Please return ASAP.

Service Day - What You Need To Know

Elementary School

Regular School Day + Service

All ES students will serve alongside their teacher and classmates during school hours. Regular arrival, dismissal, after-school care, etc.

Middle School and High School

NO SCHOOL + Service

MS and HS students will have the opportunity this Thursday in the Warrior Weekly to sign up for a school-sponsored service job or to create their own independent service job. Transportation will be the responsibility of families. Serving on Saturday (Oct. 31) is perfectly acceptable if Friday

transportation is not available.

Just For Fun!

FAMILY FUN DAY

To celebrate completion of the service projects, come out to the Frontier Culture Museum on Saturday, Oct 31st from 9-11 AM for a free donut,

coffee, and hot chocolate

for all GCS family members!

FREE T-SHIRTS FOR ALL STUDENTS & STAFF

Thanks to some wonderful supporters, every student and staff member will receive a free "Pass It On" t-shirt.

Be sure to wear it while you serve!
