A great loss for all of us, her family, her friends and our CAI community.  

Tally Jenkins, our beloved volunteer, community manager and friend was tragically taken from us by a drunk driver on Saturday, March 29, 2025.  Tally moved to Houston in  the late 90s,  when she joined Chaparral Management Company, AAMC.  Her love of the profession and the people in the industry, led her to obtain and retain the coveted CMCA, AMS, PCAM designations. 

Tally started her own management company, named after her precious grand daughter, The Clarke Dominik Group LLC.  She and her team, provided management the “right” way, creating a boutique HOA management company serving communities from North Houston, down to Galveston, and as far east as Jasper, TX. 

She will always be remembered for her kindness, her commitment to excellence, her dedication to CAI with her volunteer hours and her love of the industry.  She currently served as Chair of the CAI Greater Houston Chapter Community Outreach Committee, where she led a group of 20 CAI volunteer members. Tally regularly attended Chapter events, most recently she attended the Chapter's educational event on March 20th. In her last act of volunteerism for the Chapter, she met with her committee Vice Chair to deliver CAI shirts for volunteers participating in the Trash Bash event scheduled on the day she passed away. Tally has been a member of CAI since 2006 and will be missed. 

The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 10:00 am at Fallbrook Church 12512 Walters Road, Houston, Tx  77014.
