Dear Fellows,

The College is saddened to announce the passing on March 11, 2025, of Class 8 Fellow David Gould, who practiced most of his long career in Los Angeles.

Marc Levinson and Freddie Reiss remembered David as a great bankruptcy lawyer, always collegial and who always approached his matters and cases with an eye toward achieving a peaceful and consensual resolution. One of his proudest and happiest moments other than when he spent time with his wife, Bonnie, and their children and grandchildren, was his admission to the College.

We offer our deepest condolences to David's friends, family, and colleagues.
