PASSION WEEK...
PALM SUNDAY
Hallelujah, the King has come...
  • Hang some Resurrection colorings pages, (by your children or yourself) in your front window or on your front door. 
  •   Make palm branches and wave on Palm Sunday, shouting, "Hosanna, blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna!"
MAUNDY THURSDAY
the King Who is a Servant...
  • Share in a home foot-washing with those with whom you are sheltering in place to replicate Jesus asking his disciples to serve each other.
Beginning tonight we will join with other prayer warriors around our city, nation and world.
GOOD FRIDAY
The King is Crucified, Died and Buried ...
  • 3pm Devotional Join us for the Devotional reading on Friday on Facebook or Instagram.
  • Share in prayers at home and blow out a candle to symbolize the crucifixion.

Virtual Pilgrimage in Jerusalem: http://www.jerusalemviacrucis.org/ (Virtual tour in Jerusalem with sites that have traditionally been associated with each of the fourteen stations. The site brings visitors to a numbered map through Jerusalem. At each numbered station on the map, the site offers an introduction to what viewers will find there and a slide slow of the buildings and the markers that designate the site as one of the traditional locations for each station. Downside is the slide show moves slowly. After the slide show, viewers are shown an image of the altar associated with each station and invited to pray. Each virtual prayer station includes background music and textual prayers.)

Pastor Roy Schwarcz of Chosen People Ministries will walk us through the traditional Jewish ceremony and teach us how Passover points to Christ’s sacrifice as the ultimate Lamb.
RESURRECTION SUNDAY
the Grave Could Not Hold the King...
  • Write in chalk on your driveway or sidewalk the words, “Christ is risen!”
  • Go bang pots and pans at noon.
  • Pray outside with the persons with whom you are sheltering in thanksgiving.
