Dear Friends in Christ,
Today in worship, Pastor Mike announced that he has accepted a new call to be pastor of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Greenwood Village, CO. We have been blessed by Pastor Mike’s leadership and pastoral care for two and a half years, and now it is time for us to bless him as he steps out in faith into this next chapter of his ministry. His last Sunday at Trinity will be March 26th, and we will hold a farewell for him after worship.
Bishop Jim Gonia and Deacon Janice Zimbelman, Director of Congregation Transitions, Grand Canyon and Rocky Mt. Synods, ELCA, are fully engaged with us as we begin the transition process.
I will keep you informed as we move confidently into the inspired future of Trinity—guided by the same Holy Spirit that will never let us go!
