Pastor Ray (below) shared how he goes to remote villages to share the gospel and people say to him, "Pastor, why are you so burdened down" isn't all going well with the ministry? Recently twenty people gave their lives to Christ during your bible studies and new members joining us. Shouldn't you be rejoicing?" To which Ray replied, Yes, I'm thankful for what God has done here but, I see so many that do not have a desire in their hearts to be saved or to know Jesus. I want more grace to be put into my heart to be able to do more in winning lost souls for Christ.
My letter is a cry for help. I need your faithful prayers. My greatest need is bibles for my people and more of ELM books to show people who God really is and what He wants to do for them, in them, and through them. I am as helpless as anyone can be. We all need Jesus in our hearts and homes to bring life to the lifeless, power to the powerless and help to the helpless and despondent. I really want to reach out to many local pastors residing in remote villages who lack Christian literature so they can teach others. A lending library is a dream I have to help them but without you I can do nothing.
Thank you for whatever you can do to help! Pastor Ray
