Clergy and Pastoral Center Personnel Changes
Most Reverend Gregory Parkes, Bishop of St. Petersburg, announces the following clergy and Pastoral Center appointments:

APPOINTMENTS
Upon presentation by Very Reverend Kevin Mullen, O.F.M., Provincial Minister, Franciscan Order of Friars Minor, Holy Name Province, Reverend Michael P. Jones, O.F.M. from Parochial Vicar to Pastor of Sacred Heart Parish, Tampa, effective January 17, 2022.

Dr. Lois T. Locey, D.Min., M.P.A. to Chancellor for Administration, Diocese of St. Petersburg, effective January 1, 2022. The responsibilities for Dr. Locey will remain the same as under her former title.

Deacon Rick Wells, J.C.L. to Chancellor for Canonical Affairs, Diocese of St. Petersburg, effective January 1, 2022. The responsibilities for Deacon Wells will remain the same as under his former title.

RELIEVING
Upon notification by Very Reverend Kevin Mullen, O.F.M., Provincial Minister, Franciscan Order of Friars Minor, Holy Name Province, Reverend Stephen D. Mimnaugh, O.F.M. from Pastor of Sacred Heart Parish, Tampa, effective January 17, 2022. Father Mimnaugh has been reassigned to the Franciscan Community at St. Bonaventure University, in Olean, New York.
