Pastoral Bulletin Summer Schedule
Beginning June 3, 2019 and throughout the summer months, the Pastoral Bulletin will be published every two weeks.

The schedule is as follows:
June 3 and 17; July 1, 15 and 29; August 12 and 26 

The weekly schedule will resume on Monday, September 9, 2019.

Lay Pastoral Ministry Institute
Commissioning Ceremony
All are invited to the Lay Pastoral Ministry Institute (LPMI) Commissioning Ceremony on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle, St. Petersburg. Also, the ceremony will be live streamed. Click here to watch the live stream.

During the ceremony, Bishop Gregory Parkes will present 15 individuals with a Certificate in Lay Leadership Ministry. There are 11 parishes represented in the group this year and the formation process to be commissioned is one year of discernment and three years of academic and spiritual preparation.

The LPMI program provides an integrated process to prepare Catholics to offer their unique gifts in service to the local Church by forming them spiritually, intellectually and pastorally.

Diane Kledzik, the director of the Diocese of St. Petersburg Marriage and Family Life Office, recently received Clearwater Central Catholic High School’s Distinguished Alumni Award for her accomplishments in the area of “Living Faith.” Click here to read more.
