I've been asked about this by several clients over the last few weeks, so I wanted to address what's going on. Recently, one of the older brokerages in the area, in an effort to potentially be on the both side of real estate transactions, have decided to not publicly list their active listings online. This is not the way myself or Keller Williams conduct business. When you work with me or any agent at Keller Williams, you will be sure to have your home reach all buyers and all agents, not just agents in my specific office. This ensures that you will be able to receive the highest and best possible offer. I, along with all of the agents in my office, take our fiduciary duties seriously. With that in mind, we never have and never will only make our listings available to friends in our brokerage.

I'm proud to work at a brokerage that always puts clients first. I, and all of my colleagues at Keller Williams, pledge to always do what's right for our clients. We will never only market homes solely to a small select number or agents and buyers. We will be sure to always find our clients the best possible outcome. This is part of a the code of ethics I will continue to follow as long as I represent buyers and sellers in Northeast Ohio.
