One of the best parts of my job to cultivate these relationships and make connections that otherwise wouldn't have been made. When I'm able to connect a seller with the exact best person for a specific job, there's nothing better. When a buyer who needs a quick accurate quote after a questionable inspection, having many "go to" people is absolutely necessary and why I'm able to serve people at a high level.
