Barmann Homes Resource List

Over the years, I've been able to work with many great vendors and contractors who have done amazing work for my clients. One of the best parts of my job to cultivate these relationships and make connections that otherwise wouldn't have been made. When I'm able to connect a seller with the exact best person for a specific job, there's nothing better. When a buyer who needs a quick accurate quote after a questionable inspection, having many "go to" people is absolutely necessary and why I'm able to serve people at a high level.

For anyone associated with Barmann Homes, I always share vetted contractors and partners. Even if I don't have someone for a specific job, I have a trusted network of top agents who would have the perfect contact.

This goes beyond a transactional interaction, and my resources are always available to you. If you need advice on a remodel, building a pool, refinancing your home, a handyman to repair a few items, or anything else under the sun, I always have recommendations and can always help.

With that in mind, as a courtesy to all of my email readers, I wanted to share some of my most trusted contacts for your reference. This list is updated quarterly and is not my entire rolodex. I have many more options available, and have specific recommendations based on your particular need. Call me with your specific question.

With that in mind, here's my most current resource list:

Who do you know that needs to be on my list? I am ALWAYS looking for great people to refer to. Sometimes, names have to be taken off of this unfortunately, and I always want to make sure I refer the best of the best.

Please share any names of people I need to talk to and potentially add! -Pat

Updated Homebuying Data

I always think it's really interesting to look at the data to be able to see the trends with that's really happening in real estate. With that, the National Association of Realtors just released a new batch of information that's worth sharing:

As you'll see in the data above, 35 to 44 represents the largest number of homebuyers in the United States. What I find interesting about this is the difference between first-time buyers and repeat buyers. The median age for a first timer is 40 and 62 for a repeat client. I work with both sets, and there's some differences between the two situations that I love solving with them.

Many of my clients are nervous about competing against a cash offer, which is something that I understand at the surface level. The data clearly indicates that more buyers are utilizing cash versus in previous years. However, I have multiple strategies that can make a financing buyer be as competitive as a cash buyer. Often, my buyers who are getting a mortgage, have won in multiples against a cash bidder. I'm happy to go over these strategies if you're interested. Give me a call! -Pat

Barmann Homes was lucky to help a few sellers close in the last week. Very happy for them! For fun, I put together a quiz to see if you can guess what the final sales price ended up being on these:

3190 Green Road in Beachwood just sold. It was listed at $625,000.
