Market Update

While I have seen many articles nationally regarding the doom and gloom of today's market, they don't speak for what's happening locally.

Real estate is hyper local and what's important to my clients is what's going their current and future neighborhoods, Here, you will see a look at the current conditions in Northeast Ohio. As you can see, we are lucky to live in the most affordable market in the United States.

Over the last two weeks, I have seen a major uptick in buyer interest. I've had sellers receive qualified offers above the listing price, had buyers lose offers that were substantially above the starting price, had a client go under contract for a new build, and have seen everything in between. The market has been shifting, but it is changing at different timeframes in different areas of NEO. While the market has been all over the place, it's still a great time to win both on the buy side and sell side.
