The Path of the Panther film had its official premiere on Tuesday, February 21st in downtown Miami to kick off the statewide theatrical tour. In its opening week, the film had a sold out show at the Enzian Theatre in Orlando and became the highest grossing film of the last year at the Tampa Theatre with a line wrapped around the block for Friday's screening event. It is the 12th highest grossing opening weekend of a documentary film of more than 100 that opened in the last year.
