Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked a series of questions regarding COVID-19, such as whether you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, cough, or other flu-like symptoms. If you have an appointment, we kindly ask that you call us to reschedule if you experience any of these symptoms.
The only XIMED entrance open at this time is at the North end of the building (where the valet normally is). Personnel will check your temperature and make sure you're wearing a face covering.
We ask that you please refrain from bringing guests with you to your appointment at this time.
Once you enter our office, we will spray your hands with alcohol.
