Paula Marshall, Author of Finding the Soul of Big Business, is a third-generation Tulsan, has been the CEO of Bama Companies since 1990. Recognized for her community impact and philanthropic efforts, she has been inducted into both the Tulsa and Oklahoma Hall of Fame.


From Paula's family humble beginnings in Dallas, Texas in 1927, Bama developed, manufactured, and sold the first handheld pie in 1967. Today, their facilities produce 2 million pies per day, as well as 1.5 million biscuits, 1 million hotcakes and 1 million pizza crusts for markets all over the world.


Paula discusses the service food industry, food over the holiday, the schools her foundation has create to educate children in Ghana, and how we can resolve conflict in the workplace.
