Fall Festival

The annual Fall Festival is this Saturday, September 28th. Admission is $15 per child. Please make sure to bring cash or check, as we cannot accept payments via card cannot be accepted.

Annual Cow Patty Drop

Feeling lucky? Purchase squares for the annual Cow Patty Drop on Saturday, September 28th at the Fall Festival for your chance to win up to $1,250! Only 100 squares will be sold. If you are interested in purchasing a square, please send cash or check to the front office.

Chili Cook Off

Don’t forget to sign up and enter your chili in the Fall Festival Chili Cook Off on Saturday, September 28th! The top 3 chilis will receive prizes, including 4 passes to Sara’s Farm Adventure for the #1 chili!

Spirit Week

Students are encouraged to dress up during spirit week and show off their Patriot Pride! Spirit Week is the week of September 30th, with the Homecoming pep rally, festivities and football game on Friday, October 4th.

Homecoming Dance

All high school students are invited to the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, October 5th. The dance will be held in the canteen from 7:00-10:00. There is no cost, but students are encouraged to sign up using the link below.

Don't forget to fill out and sign a guest permission form if your student is bringing a date that does not attend Wardlaw.

Report Card Conferences

Report card conferences are Monday, October 7th from 3:00-5:00. Please contact your student's teacher to schedule a time to meet.

Make Up Picture Day

Did your student miss Picture Day in August, or do they need to retake their picture? Make Up Picture Day will be Friday, October 11th! Make sure your student is dressed their best and brings a smile!

Fall Break

There will be no school on Monday, October 14th and Tuesday, October 15th. School will resume on Wednesday, October 16th. Enjoy your Fall Break!

Updates

We are quickly approaching the end of Quarter 1 (October 3rd). Report cards will be released October 4th. Please remember to utilize our Parent Portal for access to student grades and assignments. Please do not hesitate to reach out to teachers with any questions or concerns. For all other questions, please contact Michelle Smith (Lower School) and Heather Brown (Upper School). Thank you for your continued support as we partner to provide your student with the best academic experience.

Athletic Updates

The Varsity cheerleaders did a wonderful job keeping the crowd engaged in a close game on Friday night. The Varsity boys battled hard against Richard Winn and we are so proud of them both!

Congratulations to both the Middle School football and volleyball teams on their wins on the road last week.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes

Students had a great time at FCA 5th Quarter last Friday! The next FCA event, Spikeball and Devotion, will be on Sunday, September 29th. Kelsi Pack will be speaking and Subway will be served for dinner. Be sure your student brings a Bible and a towel!

Don't forget, any student who attends EIGHT FCA events will receive a FREE FCA t-shirt!

As Wardlaw strives for excellence in education and continues to thrive, Advancement is undertaking this capital campaign to fund special projects for several facility upgrades important for current and future operations of the school. Please consider donating to a project of interest to you or making a general donation to the Advancement Fund.

Apply for an SRP Card

Help earn money for Wardlaw all summer long with the SRP School Affinity Card! Every time you use your Wardlaw Academy debit card, money is donated directly to the school.

SRP has donated a total $8,063.00 to Wardlaw thus far!
