‼️ Synergy ParentVUE Self Reporting Absences

Hello Harvest Park Parents,

We’re excited to announce a new Synergy ParentVUE feature that lets parents submit student absences online. This option is available in addition to calling the attendance office. Absences can be submitted until 3:30 PM each day. This feature will be available from Monday, December 1, 2025.

Additionally, Synergy has released a new mobile app for ParentVUE and StudentVUE. Please download the “ParentVUE (New)” and “StudentVUE (New)” apps on your mobile device. The older version will be discontinued in the Spring.

To use this feature, parents can log into their Synergy ParentVUE account and follow these steps:

1. Click Report Absence for your student.
2. Select the start and end dates and choose a reason from the dropdown menu.

These steps are the same in the new ParentVUE mobile app.

Requesting Semester 2 Elective Change - Due 12/5/2025

Dear Student,

Please log on to your StudentVUE to view your Semester 2 schedule. If you would like to request an elective change, please complete this form by Dec 5, NO EXCEPTIONS. This form can only be completed using your student Gmail account.

This form is only applicable to students who have semester-long electives.

Prior to returning to school on January 7, 2026, please be sure to check your schedule in case any changes have been made.

• Some classes in your schedule may change to fit the elective of your choice. 
• If the elective you've selected requires that most of your schedule be changed, you may not be able to take that elective. 
• You cannot repeat a semester-long elective. 
• NO requests for teacher changes, changes to class order, or lunch period changes will be accepted.
• Intro to Social Media period 2, Yearbook, Band, Strings, World Language are year-long courses. If you would like to request to no longer be in a yearlong course, please contact your counselor directly:

If you do not fill out this form, your 2nd semester elective will stay as it currently appears on Synergy.
