Excellence in Education Awards

The Pleasanton PTA Council is pleased to announce the launch of the 34th annual Excellence in Education Awards Program.

Each year, students, families, and community members use this opportunity to give a special shoutout to a PUSD employee who has made a difference in the life of a child. This could be a teacher, a classroom aide, a custodian, a librarian, a site administrator, or anyone who is a PUSD employee.

The nominations are currently being accepted and the form can be accessed by visiting the PTA Council’s webpage. The nominating window closes on Friday, Feb 28. We hope you will take a moment to nominate someone who has made a difference for your family.

The 34th Annual Excellence in Education Awards Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at 6:30 PM in the Amador Theater.

Gather your loved ones for the Pleasanton Run for Education presented by Workday on April 27th! Register online today before prices increase on March 12th!

Reminder: If your student is running the 5K and wants to be eligible for school rankings & awards, be sure to enter the "School Division" during registration!
