Celebrations

2nd Annual Fall Festival

Last Thursday, October 10th, the 2nd Annual Fall Festival hosted by our awesome PTSA was an absolute blast!! From 5 to 7 PM, the school grounds were filled with the laughter and cheers of hundreds of students and families. The turnout was fantastic, with families and students filling the campus with fun, laughter, and community spirit.

Giant inflatable games provided endless fun for kids of all ages, while the beloved cakewalk offered lucky winners a sweet treat to share. Food trucks lined up to satisfy hungry appetites with delicious street food and refreshing shaved ice.

It was great to have the French Club, PPIE, and School NICE program having booths and joining in with their game stations, adding to the fun and drawing big crowds as well.

A big thank you to all everyone, especially the volunteers, who came out and made the fantastic evening unforgettable for the entire HPMS community - we can't wait to do it again next year!

Celebrating Excellence: Our School's Remarkable Achievements

We are thrilled about recent recognitions that celebrate the hard work of our teachers, students, and staff. Our school has been awarded the prestigious Golden Bell Award, one of the highest honors a district can receive. This award highlights our commitment to innovative, sustainable programs, and we’re especially proud that it recognizes our inclusive special education practices. What's even more exciting is that we achieved this milestone while also achieving our highest test scores ever! This success is a true team effort, reflecting the dedication of our teachers, staff, and leadership.

In addition, we received the Platinum Award for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), which shows just how extensive our support systems are on campus. From wellness programs and cultural lessons to socio-emotional learning, we’re ensuring that every student has the tools they need to succeed, both academically and personally.

To top it all off, Niche has named us the #1 school in Alameda County on their highly regarded rating website! This recognition is a great honor, and we couldn’t be prouder of our students, families, and staff, who work hard every day to make our school such a special place to learn and grow. These achievements truly reflect the amazing community we have here!

The HP PTSA is incredibly proud to continue supporting these outstanding programs and initiatives that make such a positive impact on our students and school. Together, we remain committed to contributing to the success of our school community and ensuring that our students have the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
